Prior to starting Allied Integration Services, Eric Vanderville worked with people with developmental disabilities for over 30 years.

Allied Integration Services has done more than simply care for its clients. Its mission is to empower them so that they can be self-sufficient and lead relatively independent lives.

Allied Integration Services aims to set itself apart by maintaining a client centered model.  Working primarily with young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. The company wants to help its clients lead a productive and fulfilling life. At the same time, Allied Integration Services seeks to guide them in their quest to bring their ambitions to life.

Dawn joined Allied Integration Services before we opened our doors in 2015. Dawn joined us with a background in Mental Health services as well as experience working with Speech and Language at Sonoma County Office of Education.

Dawn was an integral part of the launch of our Day Program. Wearing multiple hats in the beginning as counselor, coordinator and manager. Dawn’s best day at Allied would be spent working hand in hand with our clients and our team of talented counselors creating a meaningful and enriching day for the people we serve.
