VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Vocational Training is an essential to our service curriculum. Our philosophy regarding vocational training is finding, to the best of our ability the type of work that will provide our participants with enrichment, a strong sense of purpose, acceptance and emotional fulfillment.

We don’t put a strong emphasis on long hours or wages but our focus is cultivating a strong match between employer and employee in a fully integrated job placements.

Allied integration Services believes people with developmental disabilities should be equipped with tools that enable them to be as independent as possible. Our participants disabilities do not need to hold them back from achieving all their goals.
